Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience and contacts within Fortune 1000 companies, particularly those in the marketing, analytics/insights, or finance areas to generate new opportunities.
  • Own, attain, and exceed new client acquisition sales quota.
  • Field, qualify and engage sales qualified leads generated by own/team networking and Marketing demand generation.
  • Lead sophisticated sales negotiations, and engage additional team members (Sales Engineer, Product team, Executives) as needed to ensure deals are closed won with appropriate urgency.
  • Participate in formal and informal sales funnel updates with management weekly.
  • Regularly update Apollo.io/Salesforce with vital activity to inform weekly sales, executive, and board level reporting, planning and resource support identification.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in a technology enterprise sales role, and/or experience selling services into Fortune 1000 companies, preferably to the marketing department.
  • Clear understanding of brand marketing strategy and concepts, whether by education, and/or professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce.com and sales enablement technology platforms.
  • Resilient work ethic with the capability to adapt to the situation, flexibility and nimbleness in terms of work planning, and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Development & Operations Engineer (Devops)

Job Description

Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes. Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, and monitoring. Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality across functions. Knowledge of deployment management tools such as Jenkins, and cloud provisioning tools such as Terraform. Experienced with network infrastructure, databases, and security protocols. Deep knowledge of cloud systems. Experience with programming and scripting with languages like Python, Bash, JavaScript, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain automation tools for software deployments, testing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Design and implement strategies around capacity planning, automated rollback procedures, and monitoring to improve CI/CD pipeline.
  • Analyze current technology utilized by the company and develop steps & processes to improve and expand upon them.

Qualifications

Job Description

Due to rapid growth and expansion, Keen is hiring a Senior Associate, Decision Science. This is a cross-functional expert serving sales, client success, and product development. This person will become the go-to technical resource in the organization that supports sales conversations with prospects; supports conversations with customers; provides internal support and quality assurance with the client success team; and provides feedback related to the model to the product team. As an expert in the system, this person will develop intimate knowledge of the model, input data, Bayesian estimation procedures, metrics calculations, and forecasting and optimization procedures. This person will be responsible for quality assurance and knowledge transfer related to the models.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation of knowledge and skills in a relevant quantitative discipline and be ready to apply that to a role that serves multiple functions in the organization. Training will be provided on all important aspects of the model and system. Ability to retain the learning, build knowledge and curiosity to ask questions and continue learning is a must.

This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, and support sales, client success, product, and other team members.

  • Represent to prospects, customers, users and team members deep technical understanding of the model, input data, Bayesian estimation procedures, metrics calculations, and forecasting and optimization procedures.
  • Be adept at switching between technical and non-technical language based on the knowledge level of those in the conversation.
  • Develop and deliver demos for sales conversations and customers when needed, especially with technical audiences.

Client Success Associate

Job Description

Keen is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager. This role is responsible for the on boarding and continual refresh of marketing models, working directly with client teams from project kick-off to solution implementation, while assisting clients in customizing the MIDA software to meet their precise business objectives. 

This role will work collaboratively with the Keen Client Success Manager on specific brand projects and marketing analyses. The candidate will also be working alongside the customer data wranglers to build out accurate, brand-specific marketing models across a multi-CPG brand portfolio. In addition, this role will support client facing projects and presentations. Keen is looking for a motivated self-starter that is comfortable with fostering relationships with client brand teams and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and process data provided by brand managers, media agencies, P&L owners, and the client executive team 
  • Lead customer discovery calls to understand brand-specific objectives and questions to answer through the Keen modeling application
  • Facilitate the user experience in Data Processing and APIs in MIDA 
  • Manage the quality of data being provided and processed in the models to ensure discovery objectives are met
  • Assist in creating optimized marketing scenarios using the MIDA software and presenting results to the media and client brand teams 
  • Facilitate the integration of client data sources with the MIDA application to enable a consistent, repeatable process of incorporating current data directly into the application
  • Support the Client Success Manager regarding daily client requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate with Client Success Manager on client facing PowerPoint presentations for C-Level executives 

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
