Job Description

More than a tester, live at the intersection of development, product, UX and support; driving ownership of quality within the product development team

Quickly identify functional and cosmetic bugs in Keen’s product when testing against designs and functional requirements, with the ultimate goal of preventing bugs from slipping into the production environment

Troubleshoot bugs to provide steps-to-reproduce, themes, and starting points in the codebase to the Engineers so that they can resolve

Support two small development teams, testing user-story tickets to ensure the development work meets the acceptance criteria established by the Product Managers

Involvement in ideation and refinement meetings for new features with Product Managers in order to understand in-depth the user-story tickets

Drive the team towards a test-driven-development structure

Perform manual testing with the goal of bolstering existing automation by converting any manual testing to automated

Required Qualifications

Degree in a related technical field and 3-5 years of relevant QA experience

Experience automating tests that are maintainable and reusable

Knowledge of Gherkin, Selenium language

Strong written and oral communication is a must, as you will be expected to interface with our distributed team of engineers, as well as across functional teams within the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, containerization technologies, CI/CD tools, and Git workflows
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Knowledge of the Martech Industry
