Before Keen, Greg Dolan spent more than a decade as a brand marketing executive with companies like Kraft and Campbell’s. As a P&L owner, he was responsible for the impact of large marketing budgets but had little insight on performance from traditional marketing mix solutions.
He craved a solution that would allow him to understand how his marketing investments were driving business growth and shareholder value, and help inform ongoing decisions as new information became available.
So he co-founded Keen to create it. By making smarter use of data, Keen helps brand leaders guide decisions about when and where to invest to maximize marketing’s impact on revenue, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Chief Decision Science Officer and Founder
John Busbice is the “father” of Keen’s algorithms and leads the development of the company’s decision science methods. He’s been working to help marketers better leverage analytics to make decisions for more than 20 years.
He co-founded Keen to help marketers make those decisions. By helping brand leaders reframe spending as an investment in growing the brand as an asset, they can build brands in financial terms.

A serial start-up and growth-stage operator, Mike Althoff has dedicated his career to scaling organizations from founding teams to streamlined providers of SaaS products, value, and support.
He is focused on leading the holistic Keen experience for clients—integrating our product experience along with the client service and support experience to ensure every client realizes value quickly and continuously.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bradley, a seasoned start-up and growth-stage specialist, brings his expertise to Keen after successfully scaling two previous SaaS ventures in the CPG industry. His tenure includes leading companies from Series A with six-figure revenues to Series B with eight-figure ARR. Bradley’s strategic focus on growth and retention drives predictable and profitable scaling for the organization.
He is committed to enhancing Keen’s sales organization across the entire customer journey, encompassing marketing, new client acquisitions, account management, and analytical support to ensure comprehensive client engagement and satisfaction.
