- Login Information (username/password) if you have an account in the Keen Platform (aka MIDA)

Clients that use the Keen Platform (aka MIDA) will receive additional cookies which are used to save your login information and screen display choices.

After we use the data for statistical analysis, the data is completely removed from our systems.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
Information you share with Keen by completing contact forms is retained indefinitely so that we may continue to reach out to you with relevant information about your customer account, share updates to our products and services, and reach out with special offers, new product information or other promotional materials.

RESTRICTING THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data including your first/last name and contact information is provided voluntarily, either through the completion of a form on Keen’s website, and/or as part of a Master Service Agreement as a Keen customer.
To restrict Keen’s collection of other anonymous data such as geographic information, tracking of which pages and or sections of Keen’s website you visit, and other information used for behavioral analytics, you may opt to not allow cookies to be set by Keen’s website.
YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA
You may opt-out of any promotional emails by clicking on the link included in the footer of the email.
You may, at any time, request to receive an exported file containing any personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we permanently delete any information we hold about you, except information we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
THIRD PARTY DATA CONNECTORS
As part of the use of the Keen Platform, Keen’s clients and customers have the option to utilize various data connectors to share information used in creating models and strategies with Keen. Where applicable, the following specific use policies apply to these connectors:
The Keen Platform’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
